Thank you so much for shopping with Jodalis Boutique and supporting our shop. Here are some of our policies and FAQs (Frequently asked questions). All info is subject to change any time. 

 

Returns/Refund/Canceling orders: 

~We accept exchange or store credit for Clothing only within 8 days from the date tracking number states it was delivered. Return must be sent within 8 days from the date delivered or it will not be accepted. 

~please be aware that the items returned must have original tags,contain no stains,must be odor-free and be in the original condition. We will accept returns for exchange only if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Exchange items and white items are all final sale. 

~We will also inspect the item and ask for picture proof of the condition before you mail it out to us. We will NOT pay for the reshipping fee. 

~We do not issue refunds. A refund can and only be refunded on a plausible cause of a mistake that was issued on our part.

~ We do not cancel orders. No acceptable reason can be issued for cancelation please be ready before you checkout, once ordered we will not cancel your order even if the item has not been shipped or processed. If we do come into an agreement of cancelation you will have to pay a $4.99 fee.

      Shipping Policy:

We currently only ship in the U.S and we are hoping to ship worldwide in the future! Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5pm (CST). Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day. 

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped with USPS

All orders take a standard 3-14 Business days to be packed and shipped not including weekends/Holidays regardless of shipment method lead time varies due to seasonal Traffic and also please understand I am a First Year Full Time College Student and I have 1000+ orders to pack by myself I try my best to pack everything as fast as I can, I appreciate your patience!

First Class Package takes additional 2-7 business days

First Class with Shipping Insurance takes additional 2-4 business days

Priority Shipping takes additional 1-3 business days for delivery.

 

We are not responsible for any delays on your package due to Covid-19.

~We are NOT responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your local USPS post office and provide them with a tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between USPS and the customer. We can not replace your package if it is lost ,it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen. If you're worried your package may be lost during transit please make sure to pick first class with shipping insurance to protect your package incase this were to happen.

~ We are also NOT responsible for errors or mistakes made on Address by Customer. Please make sure to check if your address is entered correctly when ordering. we understand mistakes happen please contact us immediately to change the address if it too late you will have to pay a $5 reshipping fee.

~If your package is sent back to us due to an insufficient address it is YOUR responsibility to email us and give the correct address to ship your package. We will also charge a $5 reshipping fee for the new correct address.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them. If you're worried your package may get lost pick first class with shipping insurance when checking out to protect your package.

 Confirmation Emails And Tracking Numbers:

~When making a purchase you shall receive an email confirmation after the payment has been made (our website sends out emails automatically). If you are unable to locate your confirmation email please check junk mail & Spam Folder. If you're still unable to locate your confirmation email please contact our customer support (Jodalisboutique@gmail.com) and provide the following information to help locate your order: Name, Address, & Email

~You shall receive a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped to you with USPS. You will NOT receive a tracking number once your is placed. Please be patient as I am 1 person running this business. I am trying my best to ship out orders in a timely matter.

Croc Charms FAQ:

~Restocks Are Every 2-3 weeks. Please Be Patient as I am one person doing everything by hand.

We quality check every charm before shipping them out to the customer!  **PLEASE** do not rush in inserting your charms or removing them as they can break from the back. If they do applying super glue will hold it back in place! *All charms are compatible with Crocs*

 "How do I insert the charms into my crocs?"

Gently push the charm at a 45 degree in the desired hole of the shoe. The fabric of the Croc will gently open as it is very flexible. Push downwards so the black base of the charm snaps into place. Now turn your charm to the desired direction. When removing the charm push from the inside of your shoe rather than pulling from the top.

How to clean your charms:

~Plastic Jibbitz can be washed with soap, water, and a toothbrush to remove any dirt

~Metal Jibbitz can be cleaned with any sanitizing wipe. We do not recommend washing them in water or they may tarnish.

What to do if the back came off of your charm?

when you apply to much pressure to the charm it may cause the back to snap off. Don't worry just apply some super glue and glue it back it will be good as new! We can also send you a new one but you will have to pay a reshipping fee.

If you receive a defective product you must notify us within 72 hours from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. Please email us at jodalisboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible with images attached along with your invoice. We will not accept claims after 72 hours after delivery time has passed.
